Angela Sun is a journalist film maker, documentary journalist and TV host. Angela Sun is a multi-award award-winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. Her education includes Sociology and Communication from the University of California. Sun had exceptional surfing skills and participated in several Pro-Am Surf competitions that led to her being sponsored by major brands such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans etc. Recognition from these surfing events was like a rocket which prompted her to enter the entertainment industry. She, later on went to become an actress sportscaster investigative journalist and film director. Sun was an anchor for a variety of news networks, mostly in the role of anchor. Sun was the Fox Sports Net correspondent in 2003. In 2012, she hosted American Ninja Warrior with Matt Iseman and Jonny Moseley. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute for the season 2014. Sun was the very first Asian American to be featured on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun has become an experienced actress who was in numerous movies she has earned fame due to her talents. Her roles include Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009) Shackled, Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. Sun was the one who penned and produced her documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch on the ocean's plastic pollution and its effects on the environment in 2014, released the full-length feature film.
